The client, a young family, approached us while permanently residing abroad as they had plans to move to London. They were in the process of purchasing the apartment in the prestigious postcode and asked us to deliver their new home. The building was previously a world-famous department store known as The Bradley and Sons Arctic Fur Store. This ensured good proportions of the interior spaces. The brief included creating a family-friendly and entertaining space while making sure there is ample storage available in the property. Designs include shades of soft pink, green and grey while a true impact comes from navy blue dado rail height colour in the hallway. Bathrooms are restful while an enlarged kitchen ensures a perfect space for every cook. There is ample storage below the banquet seating and in the double depth wardrobes. We truly enjoyed working on this warehouse-style apartment.
