Marek helped me update my small studio flat in 2024. He sourced all the cabinetry, electrical, etc and the work was done while I was on holiday. This included redecorating throughout, built-in wardrobes and home office, replacing kitchen cabinet doors and new furniture. I even had my four stereo speakers mounted with wires hidden above the ceiling. Initially, after some discussion, Marek had to update his design/layout after I changed my mind about some aspects of seating/dining. He was happy to update without complaint, but maybe he went back to his car and screamed! I can't be sure. These projects often go on longer than I would like. Usually due to the availability of the contractors, but in this case, it was worth it.

Marek did a great job designing and project managing the renovation of our 4-bed Victorian house. He was able to bring style and a vision to the house, but was also practical and helpful, which is something we struggled to find talking to other interior designers. We really appreciated that Marek was willing to provide a critical eye on some of our ideas and tell us what would and wouldn't work, structuring the more oddball concepts into something that still made sense in the context of the house. He also definitely earned his money as a project manager, helping us find quality tradespeople and sorting out the inevitable challenges we had along the way. He was responsive throughout and always let us know what was going on. He is also a genuinely nice chap and a pleasure to work with. Thoroughly recommend.

Marek & his team were phenomenal with understanding our needs, conceptualise what we couldn’t put into words & deliver a fantastic functional home for us within a relatively short timeframe. My husband & I did not have a lot of time to dedicate to our home, and gave Marek and his team a lot of free rein and the result was honestly incredible. Everything down to the finer detail, the flow of the rooms & maximising storage. We truly appreciate the project management aspect of his role as well, as coordinating with our building manager for the electric, plumbing and installing a Sky dish which was no easy task! You can tell Marek is genuinely passionate and cares for his clients & he was always on hand and easy to talk to. As with any project unexpected occurrences can happen, but we never felt stressed as Marek was always there with a solution. We were extremely impressed with Marek and appreciate that he is still available to us even after a year of completion. We have already recommended Marek to our friends and will continue to do so. We have enjoyed working with Marek and his team very much. We completely refurbished an old 1930's house which we recently purchased, and the project included an open kitchen-lounge extension. I decided to go with Marek because of his experience designing as well as managing and advising on build projects, balancing aesthetics and practical needs. There were a lot of things that needed to be done, but I was pleased that Marek was able to get this done within budget and there was a good management between his chosen contractor as well. Marek helped us with the design of our flat, as well as managing the renovation itself. The project was somewhat more challenging for us given that we were out of the country for the biggest part of it, however, Marek made it feel smooth and took the lead on all aspects of the project including the ones that were unplanned and more technical in nature. In terms of the design itself, Marek has a broad spectrum of ideas and is a good listener which led to an interior design which is both beautiful and practical for us as a young family. Marek found multiple ways of maximising space through solutions that we had not thought of. He also collaborates with an excellent bespoke joinery suppliers which optimised the space further and was cost efficient. Marek was always available and ready to help which he still is months after completion. Not insignificant for a renovation project, it is worthwhile mentioning that Marek was always tracking close to the initial budget. We are very pleased with our new home, and it has been a pleasure working with Marek. The project itself was iterior design of a newly 2 bedroom flat. Marek was always available and ready to help with any queries that I had, even months after the completion of the project. I chose Studio Schubert to carry out a full refurbishment of my property as I had seen previous work that they had done - and I was not disappointed, both in terms of the design and management of the work. Marek and Rebecca were always available to help with any queries that I had and they always ensured that I was kept informed of all issues relating to the project. The project itself was a full refurbishment to change my property from a one bedroom flat, to a 2 bedroom flat. A new layout was devised by Marek which did not compromise space in any way, indeed he came up with some great storage ideas which means that the property is far more space / storage efficient now than it was previously. Studio Schubert undertook a refurbishment of my flat in SE London in 2015. I had major work done to my living area and a new bathroom installed.
