From first call to handover
Our process
Six stages
First conversation
A phone call or an email about the property, the rooms in question and roughly when you want to be finished. We will tell you straight away whether we are the right studio for the job.
Design consultation
We visit you at the property. We look at what is possible for the space, the products and the finishes, make recommendations and advise on the palette, so you understand the likely cost before committing.
Concept and mood boards
The scheme takes shape. We put layout options, materials, colour and lighting in front of you, so you can react to something real rather than a description.
Detailed design and tender pack
Detailed bathroom and kitchen designs, joinery drawings, smart home solutions, soft furnishings and window dressings, packaged so contractors can price the same thing.
On site
We manage the trades, hold the programme and keep the budget visible. If you have already appointed a builder we will work with them. If not, we bring teams we trust.
Handover
We close out the snagging, show you how everything works, and hand the house back ready to move into.
A hands-on, honest approach to delivery
Marek is widely recognised for his transparent, hands-on method as an interior designer. Beyond creative concepting and 3D visualisation, he takes full responsibility for physical project delivery on site.
Weekly site inspections
Conducting regular visits to monitor build quality, review finishes, and keep construction aligned with timelines.
Vetted contractor and trade network
Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with top-tier builders, specialist tradespeople, and luxury suppliers across London and Kent.
Client advocacy
Serving as the single point of contact between clients, main contractors, and sub-trades, taking on the stress of site management so clients can focus on their busy lives.
