Greenwich is largely Georgian, and Georgian buildings usually want less done to them rather than more. Our project here was a former hospital converted to a private villa. The internal organisation was already good, so we concentrated on the connection to the garden, creating a much bigger opening and installing bespoke wooden bi-folding doors.
Much of Greenwich falls within a World Heritage Site buffer zone and conservation areas, so external alterations need careful handling.
Our full service is available here: a design consultation at the property, complete interior design with drawings and a tender pack, and project delivery where we manage the trades on site. Bespoke joinery is designed as part of the scheme.
